  1. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
    A deposit of 10% is required to secure any bookings with the balance of the payment needing to be paid 48 hours before the journey commences. Any provisional bookings are not binding until a deposit is received.

  2. CANCELLATIONS
    Once the booking is made and the deposit received the booking will be confirmed by Luxury Land Liners. At this point the deposit becomes non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the customer.

  3. DELAYS
    Whilst Luxury Land Liners will do all we can to minimise delays, we cannot accept liability for any delays howsoever caused.

  4. LUGGAGE
    Luxury Land Liners are equipped to carry a reasonable amount of luggage per person in its vehicles and trailers. If however, in the judgment of our staff the bulk, weight or size is unsuitable, is excessive or dangerous, the company reserves the right to refuse to transport such luggage. Whilst every care will be taken to ensure all luggage is transported properly, Luxury Land Liners cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whilst in our care.

  5. ALCOHOL
    Luxury Land Liners do not object to food or alcohol being consumed within its vehicles; however we respectfully request that customers treat our vehicles with respect and take care not to damage the vehicle whilst food and alcohol are consumed.

  6. DAMAGE
    Luxury Land Liners accept no responsibility for any accidental damage caused by clients to the interior or exterior of the vehicles. Any and all damage caused by a client must be paid for in full. If the damage is severe or requires specialist work by third parties, the client will be billed after completion of the repairs.

  7. BREAKDOWN
    In the event of a vehicle breakdown, Luxury Land Liners will reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle that may differ from the one that was booked. If the vehicle provided is of a lesser model then an adjustment will be made to compensate for this.

  8. CHILD SEATING
    Our vehicles are not fitted with child seats however, each vehicle is fully compatible with standard child seats. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their children use this equipment responsibly and safely and that each child is secured to their satisfaction. The customer may use their own child seats but must ensure these are fitted correctly themselves.

  9. ANIMAL TRANSPORT
    All pets will be suitably caged by the owner prior to transportation, any loss or damage caused by the animal will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

  10. TERMINATION
    Luxury Land Liners reserve the right to terminate any clients' travel arrangements in the event of unreasonable behaviour or conduct by the customer.
